Terms
General Terms and Conditions
- Sales Tax: MN State Sales Tax will be applied where applicable.
- Late Payment Fee: $25.00 or 1.5% per month (18% per year), whichever is greater.
- Service Suspension: Services may be suspended for balances over 30 days past due.
- Fuel Surcharge: $1.00 per service may be applied when fuel prices exceed $4.00/gallon.
- Damage Repair: Quality Seasons is not responsible for pre-existing damage. We will repair damage caused by our services at no additional charge.
- Automatic Renewal: Services automatically renew each season unless cancelled in writing.
- Easy Out Clause: You may cancel services at any time with written notice.
Lawn Care and Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Terms
Hourly Rates
- Spring/Fall cleanup, mowing, edging: $99.99/hour/person
- Shrub trimming, weeding, bed maintenance, gutter cleaning: $119.99/hour/person
Disposal Fees
- Grass/leaf material: $4.99 per 55 gallon
- Woody material: $19.99 per 55 gallon
- Shrub trimming debris: $19.99 minimum
Storm Cleanup
Storm damage cleanup is billed automatically at hourly rates.
Winter Services Terms
Season Coverage
October 15 – April 15 (6 months)
Service Plans
- Per-Time Plan: Charged per visit based on accumulation
- Unlimited Plan: Fixed seasonal rate for unlimited service
Refund Policy
No refunds on seasonal minimums.
Damage Disclaimers
- Quality Seasons is not liable for damage to driveways, walkways, or patios caused by normal snow removal operations.
- Turf damage from plowing will be repaired in spring for active customers.
Roof Raking & Deck Shoveling
- Quality Seasons is not liable for damage to roofing materials, gutters, or landscaping during snow removal.
- Service billed in 4-inch increments.
